The meat share was so successful, we've added another cow and opened up more spots.
We only have the basic package available and we're adding another round of chickens. Oh
boy. More work, but more meat for all. As it was, when I just had one cow, I didn't have any
extra for my freezer, which is a shame because I really like my meat.
Email me to be put on the notification list for the meat or fruit/veggie share next year.
We have two spots left for our winter CSA. Email now to be put on the list and get the best
cold weather grown lettuce, sweetened by the frost carrots, still standing in the snow-kale,
and anything else we can still pull out of the ground in the cold months as winter approaches.
