Let's get this season started and growing alread.
Whew, what a spring. Hey Ohio, London called and wants their weather back. Ha. Er... ok,
that wasn't really that funny. But honestly, it can stop raining any time now.
CSA gardens are slowly getting planted. We sit inside with seed packets in hand and then
when there's a break in the rain, we run out really fast, stick a hole in the ground and put a
seed in and run back inside before it starts pouring out again. I hope things are growing.
Meat customers, good news - I got a cow! Beef will be ready in a month. Grass fed, black
angus and ready just in time for BBQ season. This beef is for those who want a completely
